"SHARE with YOU" Formosa Trail,
there is around 100 reasons to keep 16 and 8km distance of Formosa Trail. We had doubts to 8/16k, because maintain the trails is relatively hard, but below are fraction of the reasons to keep multiple distances:
◈kids join 8km and waiting in finish for their father coming in 40+ km
◈all family runs
◈mother hugs son in finish line
◈husband run "just" 40k and wait for his champion
◈friends play guitar literary half of Saturday night in finish line and waiting for friend
◈husband, daughter waiting for MOM to come back before sunrise goes up
◈lovely couple made the course safe and "sweep"
◈wife welcoming husband for breakfast
◈couple in 8 and 16km turned to 120 years old (together)
◈strangers who never met before shared huge part of course (and maybe keep hands in finish line)
◈mother and daughter, son and father
◈new friendship
◈Friends to Friends in Formosa

formosa trail 40k 在 [記錄] 一日屏風山- 看板Hiking - 批踢踢實業坊 的八卦
111.2 登山口約只可停五台車，偏晚到運氣好卡到一個位置。
去的時候可能近期沒連續下雨，路況良好，路標明顯，沒什麼特別需要注意的路況。
時間先上（新手勿參考）
06:52 111.2 新登起登
07:22 鐵線橋營地
07:34 松針營地
09:35 屏風山頂
11:00 松針營地
12:30 回到登山口
總耗時 5h38m
其實這也只是肥宅我第一次認真單攻
之前都是陪朋友或復健觀光走
只有紀錄過一次合歡西 6hr
最近不小心報了 Formosa trail 40k 想說不練不行惹
其實是想請教各位神人大大
前面大約都心率150-160左右
最後那爬坡600m 想拉一下速度
但心率馬上飆到160-170 走十步停一步
不知道是肌力不足還是補的熱量不夠
全程大約只吃了600卡 水喝1500ml
還是前一天沒睡覺也有關係？
